Full Journal pdf1994-05-10 Senate Journal Page 4621 SB 357 Message of May 9 was read, stating the House passed and returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 357(FIN) with the following amendment: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 357(FIN) "An Act relating to certain study, publication, and reporting requirements by and to state agencies; relating to certain fees for reports; and providing for an effective date." Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. Senator Taylor called the Senate, then lifted the call. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 357(FIN)?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 357(FIN) Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CSSB 357(FIN)? Effective Date YEAS: 19 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Little, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Zharoff Absent: Kerttula and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus passing HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 357(FIN) "An Act relating to certain study, publication, and reporting requirements by and to state agencies; relating to certain fees for reports; and providing for an effective date." 1994-05-10 Senate Journal Page 4622 SB 357 Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 357(FIN) was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
